The home spans a total floor area of 454.3 m², designed to combine contemporary aesthetics with structural efficiency. Featuring open living spaces, premium finishes, and outdoor leisure areas, the residence is tailored to provide both comfort and functionality. Mangga Besar Storage
The Mangga Besar Storage-Office in Taman Sari, West Jakarta, combines three floors and a rooftop level into a 746.44 m² facility designed for both warehousing and administration. Its layout balances spacious storage capacity for logistics and distribution with office areas that streamline day-to-day operations. Built with a durable structure in a highly accessible part of Jakarta, the project offers a reliable and functional base for business activities.
Grace Flower Shop
Grace Flower Shop in Rawa Belong, West Jakarta, has been transformed through the reinforcement of its original structure and the addition of a new steel-built extension. The project delivers a total floor area of 552.84 m² distributed over three floors and a rooftop level. By merging renovation with modern construction, the space now provides expanded capacity for both retail display and operational needs, while maintaining a distinct architectural character.
Ruko Motive Studio
The Ruko Motive Studio in Metland Putri, Tangerang, Banten, was designed as a modern four-story commercial space with an additional rooftop level, totaling 617 m². Serving as a car showroom, the building emphasizes spacious display areas supported by functional facilities to create a seamless customer experience. Its structural design ensures both durability and a contemporary look that aligns with the brand’s identity.
