Donghae Xi Complex Apartment
Located in Hyo-ga-dong, Donghae City, Donghae Xi is the city's first “Xi” branded apartment complex by GS Construction. The development consists of nine towers, ranging from 3 below-ground levels up to 12–20 floors above ground, comprising a total of 670 residential units.
Units range from 84 m² (types A & B) to 113 m², 115 m², and 161 m² penthouses. The complex includes 940 parking spaces—about 1.4 per unit—and is scheduled to welcome residents in July 2024. The development spans approximately 34,800 m² of land with a total floor area of around 113,900 m².
OFO Xi PC Aparment
We designed the car park for the OPO-Xi PC Apartment, a state-of-the-art residential complex in Gyeonggi-do. Utilizing the PC (precast concrete) system, DASAN ensured structural integrity while optimizing construction speed and quality. Located within proximity to the apartment towers, the car park enhances convenience and circulation for residents. With resilient materials and a thoughtful layout, it provides safe, durable, and well-organized vehicle access—underlining DASAN’s expertise in functional and sustainable parking infrastructure.
Shinbanpo Xi Apartment
Located in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Shinbanpo Xi Premium Apartment is a distinguished apartment development by GS Construction, inaugurated in July 2018. The complex comprises seven towers with heights ranging between 23 and 28 stories, housing a total of 607 units. Apartment layouts span from around 85 m² to 203 m², tailored for refined living.
Designed with resident convenience in mind, the development provides 981 parking spaces (an average of 1.6 per unit), generous floor area ratio (299%), and low site coverage for open-scale living. Strategically positioned near multiple subway lines and major commercial hubs—Shinsegae Department Store and Newcore Outlet—it offers seamless access to transportation and amenities, making it a highly sought-after residential choice in Seoul.

Songdo Apartment
(First-Floor Fire Investigation)
Following a fire incident on the first floor, we performed a detailed structural evaluation at Songdo Apartment. The incident occurred in a utility room on the first level in Songdo International City, Incheon. Although no structural collapse occurred and there were no fatalities, some residents were treated for smoke inhalation.
DASAN’s investigation focused on assessing the structural integrity of fire-affected zones using rigorous safety inspection protocols. The evaluation encompassed fire-damaged areas and surrounding elements to ensure ongoing safety and compliance with building codes. Leveraging advanced structural analysis techniques, DASAN delivered a comprehensive report outlining the condition of the building and recommendations for remediation and reinforcement measures.
Gyeongsan Daem S2BL Residential Complex
Nestled within Gyeongsan City, North Gyeongsang Province, the Gyeongsan Daem S2BL apartment project encompasses a thoughtfully planned residential development covering approximately 69,906 m² and comprising 588 housing units. Designed for efficient and safe living, the project features multiple apartment buildings arranged to balance density with open communal spaces.
