Recently acquired by ADF Asset Management as a major logistics asset, it underscores DASAN’s ability to contribute structural engineering expertise to high-stakes, high-capacity logistics developments.

Incheon Ara Waterway Logistics is a major logistics development in Oryu-dong, Incheon, covering over a million square meters. With a core area of 734,000 m² already sold and developed for logistics, community, and hospitality purposes, it serves as a multifunctional hub optimized for cargo handling and processing.
